JR has 32 years in the field.  He has extensive knowledge and experience with all gas and electric, hot or cold kitchen equipment, HVAC, refrigeration, beverage and ice dispensers, exhaust and make up air systems, frozen beverage and ice cream machines.  He is EPA certified and a state registered HVAC tech.

Jessie has 31 years in the field of HVAC, comfort air, refrigeration, kitchen equipment hot and cold, and all aspects of building and facility maintenance and repair.  He is EPA certified and a state registered HVAC tech.

Jose has 10 years in the field of HVAC, refrigeration and kitchen equipment both hot side and cold, and all aspects of building maintenance.  Jose is EPA certified and a state registered HVAC tech.

Ruben is well seasoned technician with over eleven years of experience.  He is certified with Garland on grills as well as AVU for electrical issues and Henny Penny for Fryers. He is a licensed HVAC and Refrigeration technician with the State of Texas as well as the EPA.

Garrett has over 6 years of both residential and commercial HVAC & Refrigeration experience.  He is licensed with the State of Texas licensing and regulations as well as certified with the EPA.  His experience is wide ranging from construction to welding and pipefitting.
